At Auret, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

This policy is compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — no reason required.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@auret.co.uk. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days.

Please note: Auret offers an extended 30-day return window as standard — exceeding the legal minimum to give you complete peace of mind with every purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags and labels must remain attached.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Please note:

- Trying on items is permitted, but items must not have been worn.
- Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.
- Items ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1 — Contact us

Email our customer support team at info@auret.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Step 2 — Await confirmation

Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive return instructions including the return address.

Please note that the return address may differ from the original dispatch location.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Step 3 — Ship the item

Once approved, securely package and return the item(s) using a tracked shipping service. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we are unable to process refunds for returns that are lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.

If your return is approved:

- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note:

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us at info@auret.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and include:

- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and any damage
- A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Auret.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned outside of the 30-day return window

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking information confirms that your order was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, Auret cannot be held responsible for packages that are subsequently reported as lost or stolen.

We recommend contacting your local carrier directly for further investigation.
