Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

SHIPPING COSTS

CUSTOMS & IMPORT
Auret ships internationally to fulfil your order. As a result, your parcel may be subject to customs clearance procedures upon entry into the United Kingdom.
Please note:
- Any applicable customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees imposed by UK Border Force or your local carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
- Auret has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Customs processing may add additional time to your estimated delivery window.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@auret.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has entered processing.
Auret cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

DELIVERED PACKAGES
If your tracking information confirms that your order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, Auret cannot be held responsible for packages that are subsequently reported as lost or stolen.
In such cases, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly to investigate the delivery.
